SmartVyapaar does not offer refunds in the following cases:
• Change of mind after placing an order or subscribing to a service.

• Service disruptions or delays caused by external logistics partners or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
• Cancellation requests made after service activation or dispatch of physical goods, unless the issue qualifies under valid refund conditions.

⏱️ How Does the Refund Process Work?
Once your refund request is submitted and reviewed:
• Our team will verify the issue and notify you of the status within 2–3 working days.
• If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• The refund amount will be credited back to the original mode of payment.
• No cash refunds or alternative payment modes will be entertained.
