SmartVyapaar itself does not handle product shipping directly. Instead, we’ve partnered with a wide network of reliable local logistics providers to ensure efficient delivery of goods between businesses.

• Deliveries are executed by third-party logistics partners as per their service agreements.

• Retailers and wholesalers can choose from available logistics options at the time of order.

• All deliveries are handled independently by these service providers and billed separately by them.

Since we operate locally and hyperlocally, most deliveries are fulfilled within:

• 24 to 48 hours from dispatch

• Delivery times may vary slightly depending on location, order size, and partner logistics availability

💸 Shipping Charges

• SmartVyapaar does not charge any delivery or shipping fees from buyers or sellers.

• Shipping charges, if any, are directly payable to the selected logistics partner as per their standard rates.

• No additional fees or commissions are taken by SmartVyapaar on shipping.

We provide seamless order tracking through our platform by integrating with logistics partners. Once your order is confirmed:

• You will receive a tracking ID or link via SMS/email

• You can also view real-time delivery status on your SmartVyapaar dashboard
